Established through conversations with our customers, family, friends along with market research, we decided to create a new brand to complement our bespoke range.
Stylish, smart and functional for today’s modern Irish living. We like to be transparent with our clients, as we feel it’s important you know what you’re buying. At Edition we listen, inform, guide & work within your budget. We’ll simplify the process and talk you through the practicalities.
Our in-house workshop can give you features that are just not available from other kitchen companies, we call this the budget bespoke approach.
We provide appliances & worktops and we love to help out with interiors, choosing colour schemes, chairs, tables & lighting to give you the complete package. You’ll be in safe hands with the knowledge and expertise of a well-established bespoke kitchen company and designers who really understand kitchens and how they’re used but without the price tag.

Although Edition is new, we are not. At Garrett Dillon kitchens we’ve been designing & making bespoke kitchens by hand in our workshop in Dungarvan since 2003.
When we say we are a bespoke kitchen designer and producer, we really mean it, in its most fundamental sense. We have been lucky enough to weather the storm of the recession, lessons have been learned and a hefty amount of knowledge and expertise have been gained in kitchen, furniture design and life.
Our cabinetry and furniture is made for our clients by dedicated carpenters. We like to take a personal approach, with Garrett at the helm of design and production. We’ve even been lucky enough to win a numerous awards for our work. We will continue to create bespoke kitchens with our our designers for our customers, at Edition or with Garrett Dillon Bespoke Kitchens.
